Vivek is a qualified Architect with over 25 years of experience in Municipal Liaison, Architectural Design, Project Management & Execution, Overview and Client Relationship Management. He is a keen planner, strategist and implementer with expertise in ramping up projects with competent cross-functional skills and on time execution. He has handled key (diverse) projects across the illustrious career path including major residential projects, Hotel and Industrial Projects, beside others.

Functioning as the proprietor, he has over 60 building files approved under his firm name, ‘VIVEK BARVE ARCHITECTS’. He specializes in working out feasibility of the projects financially in consultation with client and as per the Development Control Regulations. He is also a skilled in designing and preparing of detail drawings for approval, execution, liaison with Govt. Authorities. He has thorough knowledge obtaining approvals u/s 33/10, 33/14(D) etc and normal T.D.R. proposals by taking maximum benefits in terms of F.S.I.

His past associations include:

• As ASSOCIATE OF ‘Bhalwankar and Associates’ he has handled more than 50 files during his association from year 1990 to 2000.

• As Chief Consulting Architect with ‘Romell Group’ during the year 2011 to 2016. He has given his expert advice on over 20 projects on viability and ideas on making projects more profitable through his sheer knowledge and negotiation skills.
