Mr. Nilesh Shah is a Civil Engineer and a core professional & strategist, having completed his Bachelors’ in 1986 and started his career with Nhava Sheva Port Project (Currently JNPT) in a Japanese firm Mitsui & Co, followed by other MNCs, to Development Companies like Peninsula Land, Sanghavi Group, Romell Group and has lead large projects including 50 Acres project at Noida, Delhi NCR as PMC with Quantum ProjectInfra Pvt. Ltd. Experienced in Infrastructure Projects like ports, bridges, waste water treatment facilities to residential, commercial highrise buildings projects, last 15 years of his career, he has been at the top management level, before deciding to start his own consultancy. He has to his credit to lead one of the most complicated and largest RESTORATION projects of 150 years old Mill structure into a ultra modern commercial complex, along with many repairs projects.

Shailendra Mani Tripathi

A Post Graduate Degree holder in Civil Engineering, Shailendra started his career with a challenging Project of converting a dilapidated factory godown into a Premium Corporate office and ultra-modern Audio-Visual Studio, involving massive renovation, retrofitting and Interior works. In his three decades of a professional career in Corporates like Peninsula Land Ltd. (an Ashok Piramal Group Company), Mumbai International Airport Ltd. (GVK Group), Reliance Industries Ltd., and Sahara Group, he has been instrumental in setting up systems and processes to achieve excellence in all facets of Project Management. Having worked across Projects of various nature and statures like Civic, Infra, and Real Estate, he has a distinct inclination towards Renovation, Retrofitting, and Interior Works.

Saurav Awatramani
DIRECTOR
Saurav is the young and dynamic scion of a construction family which has the credit of completing over 100 projects and works on as many as 40 projects at any given point in time. His clientele represents some of the prestigious groups across the country. His coming on board of Urban Frames would infuse fresh energy and innovative ideas in undertaking repairs and heavy repairs in particular, which is his field of specialization.
