Manoj Madhwani is an associate with  Urban Frames Pvt Ltd as Structual Auditor and Repair Consultant.

He is a qualified Civil Engineer and holds a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.

He has a varied experience of about more than 20 years in the field of all types of building repairs and restoration.  He is fully accustomed with repair procedures such as Polymer Repairs, Epoxy Mortars, Jacketing and Recasting, etc.

He has taken up various repairing and restoration works independently from end to end starting from evaluation the site conditions, forecasting the appropriate repair methodologies, quantity estimation, tendering, contract award and subsequent quality checks at site, while work is in progress.

He possesses relevant experience in preparation of bar charts, project scheduling and Structural audits. Also he has successfully handled Project Management Consultancy works for repairs & restoration projects in various housing society projects across Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai. He has worked on all kind of Projects viz Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Institutional etc.

In past he has been associated with renowned Consultants like Mahimtura Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Laxmikant Umargi & others and Dalal Consultants & Engineers Ltd.
