Land is a passion for Anil, he has been in the Land Clearance since last 17 years. He has required acumen of getting the work done from relevant Government Authorities/Departments like Revenue, Talathi and Collector’s Office.

His grassroot understating of nitty-gritties involved in land deals, availability of necessary data in hand and efficient handling of local issues has enabled him to conclude successful sale of about 1.2 Million Sq.Ft of properties , in and around Mumbai.  

He has to his credit a land parcel of 100 acres of a single client, wherein identifying, removing encroachments, settling disputes with locals, constructing roads and fencing and securing the boundary of the property in Khopoli was solely handled by him.

He is active in entire MMR regions.
